A FREE event for all Last year the Oktoberfest took Dublin by surprise! Over 70,000 people visited this unique FREE Bavarian event. Make sure you don't miss it this year. It starts on Thursday the 30th of September and runs until the 10th of October in George's Dock in the IFSC. Experience traditional German fun, food and entertainment with over 30 German barmaids dressed in traditional Dirndl\'s! See you there! In order to comply with Irish licensing laws, every person who is present at the Oktoberfest after 10pm is required to purchase a food voucher to the value of €5. The €5 voucher is redeemable against a selection of a substantial meal which is worth 10€ . This voucher can be purchased at the entrance or in a special signed pagoda on the platform, you will easily find it!
